I am reading a book my wife gave to me for Christmas and the forward was written by an individual I consider to be a true living Canadian hero. He wrote "Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier."
What an incredible thought. As a coach and as a team player this saying rings true to me. In any aspect of my life when I am around optimism I know I personally do better and I see those around me do better.
One of my goals this year is to see if I can make people around me smile during the day. My goal is Perpetual Optimism.
I would like to be more around you... :-) (here you made me smile)
ReplyDeleteI think that is a great goal.
ReplyDeleteHere's a smile for you.
ReplyDeleteI smile because I am happy you are back on the team. You are consistent, optimistic and never give up. Combine that with being one of the most grounded people I have met and I would have to say that you are an awesome team member. Smile. Smile. Smile.
When we going hiking again??? Smile.
You always put off an optimistic vibe and I find it inspiring.
